Terms of use
These terms cover your use of the Carry website and chart. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use it.
What Carry is
Carry is a chart tool. It shows live Bitcoin prices, the strike of the current 15-minute window and how often similar spots held in past data. It is not financial advice, a recommendation to trade, or an offer of any contract. It does not place trades for you.
No affiliation
Carry is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Kalshi or any exchange or data provider whose prices it displays. Names are used only to describe what the tool works with.
Who may use it
You must be at least 18 and must be allowed by the law where you live to use the products you trade. You are responsible for following the rules of any platform you use.
Accounts and subscriptions
You sign in with a link sent to your email. Your access is personal: do not share sign-in links or let others use your account. Paid plans renew until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time from the Billing page. Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. Fees already paid are not refunded for part of a period, unless the law requires it.
Acceptable use
Do not copy, scrape, resell or redistribute the chart, its data or its hold-rate table. Do not try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or use it to harm others.
No guarantees
Hold rates describe past data. They are not predictions, and a call at 90% still finishes the other way about 1 time in 10. Prices come from third-party feeds that can be delayed, wrong or unavailable. The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and results.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Carry and its owner are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the claim.
Changes
We may update the service and these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
